From the desk of "Celebrate Vitamins," producer of Bariatric vitamins and bariatric supplements.....
How many folks are actually sick and tired of hearing about the obesity epidemic in this nation? Alright, perhaps there are one or two individuals around who want to hear another news story about exactly how fat America has become, exactly what state has the highest level of obesity, what eaterie has the “worst thing you can ever put in your mouth”, diet with out being active is useless and vise versa. I believe you understand what I'm saying. Good enough already.
As somebody who has battled with unwanted weight and has worked the past number of years with diabetics, weightloss surgery and bariatric surgery patients, and bariatric supplements, I fully feel both authorized to and passionate with regards to sharing my views in hopes that perhaps some people will wake up with regards to the topic of obesity.
Regardless of the issue, whether it be foods, beverage, inactive life style or a brand-new “cure all” magic weight loss supplements, there always appears to be a familiar thread. A wrap up, if you will, of the account which will catalog what you “can” eat. This is where many of us go down the wrong path, and ultimately fall short, this is why “diets” are unsuccessful, why New Year’s resolutions fall short, this is the reason all of us flunk: This little word, "can".
So get ready, because here is tha harsh truth; YOU CAN’T. What did you really state???? What exactly do you really mean? I mean quite simply, you just cannot eat it. If you feel led to inquire, the reply is no and we all know this right now. There is certainly just one remedy for this colossally misconstrued monster of our world these days, and that's one cannot put rubbish into your system and expect your body to remain healthy.
One of my most favorite remarks that i find it irresistible to confront is, “Everything in moderation”. File that under "incorrect.". I am sorry, this is simply not an accurate statement, and have a good look at the person who indulges in “everything” however moderately they're saying they take pleasure in. Are these people in shape, ripped, hard six pack as well as ready to take down a navy seal. I guarantee they aren't. So before I lose you, let’s break it down.
To start with, let us utilize an example since analogies are often very useful for making a point. That is what I wish to accomplish in this article, correct? I need to make a point, I'd like to change convince you of this point, and in order to change your mind, I must do the most challenging thing an average joe can do in a given day. What is that, you say? To convince you to admit you are wrong. Allow me to say i'm sorry now, I don’t want you to feel bad you are wrong, but you are. This doesn't make you a bad person and if you were right here, I’d give you a great big bear hug, yet you’re still drastically wrong.
Let’s glimpse at it. For the sake of the argument, you just purchased your favorite luxury car. Just imagine, it’s in the garage or in front of yourhome right now and you cannot wait to get into that thing and fly down the highway. And you spared no expense, mind you. Every thing is top grade, leather, electronic this, power that, much like Kit from Night Rider. You simply adore your car.
Then out of left field, I ask, could I please fill your gas tank with some sand?” Beyond the shadow of a doubt your reaction would certainly be a very severe negative one and you would undoubtedly deny the request.
Yet what if I put just a tiny tad of mud inside your gas tank?” I’m rather sure your reaction could well be the exact same and I will take this one step further. At this point, you might invite me to step away from your vehicle.
Well, my reaction would be exactly the same and i think there would be some thing wrong with the one who wouldn't join our way of thinking. Realize that i am not really a mechanic, but I'm sure that even some mud or sand running through the motor of my car is going to do a little damage. The amount, I don't know, however I realize this also, it definitely won't do one thing to improve the function of the car. Agreed?
Even in small amounts, the sand within the combustible engine of an car will certainly harm, or even completely destroy this automobile and eventually, that automobile will need to end up being replaced.
Ah, you say, that is ridiculous, our bodies are different than cars and a little bit of ice cream will not damage my physique. Yet again, I concur, but is the objective to simply “not ruin” the body or to improve our fitness? And let us proceed one step further with Mr. Moderation; I truly ponder just how he feels regarding poisons and toxic matter? Every thing in moderation; Not on my watch!
Oh yea, don’t be ridiculous, you realize that is not just what I mean? All right, what does white sugar do to your human body, along with white flour, or saturated fat? This stuff is poison to your body and absolutely counter productive to fitness. And so what's the difference between one type poison and another? Poison is poison.
There is another variation between the body and our vehicles which is even more noteworthy. We could and will eventually replace our automobiles. However all the dollars on the planet can not purchase an additional life.
An additional point I always like to make against this argument is the matter of one's opinion of just what “moderation” means. How many cookies is really a “moderate” quantity? A couple, just one for each hand, like my mom used to point out when I was a child. Four? Fifty percent of a package, but that’s all you eat today. Define moderation and see what you come up with. My prediction 10 people will come up with 10 different definitions.
If you want to be fit, you've got one strategy. Either do it and succeed, or do not do it and do not succeed. It really is very simple, it's not easy, nor is it altogether that complicated. The decision is and should be yours and yours alone to make. Not a soul in this world will be able to convince you to make the right decision, it’s all on you yet you truly can do it.
The simple fact that I work with bariatric vitamin supplements does not prohibit me from stating that I truly hope this article helps you never require one of our products.

Between the miles we walked and all the exhiliration from the crazy rides, I bet I burned off more calories than if I'd spent two hours at the gym :). I'm the handsome one in the black shirt in cass you were wondering. See the girl next to me? Her name is Michelle and she was actually CRYING on the way up one of the biggest roller coasters known to man. Hats off to Skyline Chili for making the whole experience complete :).
